Cynthia Harrison has been a professional makeup artist for over 25 years. Starting in Denver as a national artist for commercial cosmetics, and spending more than 15 years doing makeup for film, television, commercial advertising and photography. She spent six years in the Hollywood film industry doing special effects makeup creating monsters, aliens, and “blood and guts”, making her not only an experienced beauty artist, but a color-mixing pro.

Ms. Harrison attended University of CO, (theatrical special effects and makeup) and graduated from Michael Taylor Institute of Denver, a licensed esthetician (skin care specialist) in 1989. She is also a state-licensed esthetician in Michigan, and well experienced with the vital importance of sanitation, recognizing and adhering to all OSHA requirements. She was certified to perform permanent cosmetics in 2000, by the International Micropigmentation Association (I.M.A.) standard of training.
